Answer: Our desserts are available at a variety of restaurants and supermarkets in either their bakery department or their frozen food section. You also will find our desserts in many farmers markets in PA, NJ, MD, and DE.

Question: What is the shelf life of Pellman desserts?
Answer: Our desserts can be kept frozen for up to 3 months or can be refrigerated for approximately 2 weeks.

Question: How do I thaw Pellman desserts if I buy them frozen?
Answer: We recommend thawing our desserts overnight in a refrigerator. They also will thaw in 3-4 hours at room temperature.

Question: Can I refreeze Pellman desserts?
Answer: Our desserts can be refrozen, however, when you refreeze them, their quality could be affected. We recommend that if you are using only a portion of a dessert, that you cut the amount you need while frozen, and keep the unused portion frozen.

Question: How many servings can I get from the Pellman desserts?
Answer: You can expect to get 12-16 servings from our layered cakes and our cheesecakes, and from our pies you can expect 6-8 servings.
